Relief Efforts Show Progress
Hawaii, USAJon Matsuoka saw progress in Eastern Visayas during his recent visit there on behalf of the Consuelo Foundation. Dr Seiji Yamada agrees to see progress. Hawaii raised US$ 3 million for the devastated Eastern Visayas.
